Yarn Along

It's still spinning over here and not so much knitting.

I'm down to the last 2 oz. of fiber and I'm still not sure if I will have enough for the sweater I wanted to make.

I may need to come up with a plan B.  And that's OK.  I was saving this knit for winter so I have time.

I have been listening to Outlander and am on chapter 7.  I'm really trying but I'm not in love with it yet.  I'm sticking with it though.

Check out Ginny's blog to be inspired by others.

I think the first Outlander takes a while to get into. I didn't listen, though, I read it and I'm not sure if that would make a difference or not.

As you know I love your yarn and hope you have enough to knit your sweater.

PS- We do need to talk, you talk spinning, I'll talk photography, although I don't really know a whole lot.

Gorgeous yarn and it will make a lovely sweater. I know I've read Outlander but I don't remember which book in the series it was. I'm reading Snow and Ashes and it is taking me forever.

Oh that yarn is gorgeous! I am a little bit in awe of knitters who spin yarn for their projects. :)

Beautiful yarn! Well done! What pattern did you have in mind? Perhaps a change of pattern will give you the yardage you need.

I'd really like to try spinning my own wool but I don't really know where to start, or have any equipment! You've chosen lovely colours, very Autumnal. Hope you can eke out enough wool for your project.

I have never spun before, but it looks fun. Someday I would love to try out spinning. The color of the wool is beautiful! Happy spinning! :)
