What a weekend!
-I knit, and knit, and knit on multiple projects
-I dyed some yarn but didn't like the results so I'll re-do it this week
-Hubby bought the grill he had been asking for
-That was followed by lots of grilled goodies for the rest of the weekend from ribs to s'mores
-There was a birthday party
-I got in some reading time
-Took a little trip to Twin River with the bestie for a girls night
-Experimented with the camera bit with different settings - it's such a work in process
-Picked the first ripe tomato from the garden
-Sat back and just enjoyed "being"

I think the sitting back and just being is the best part of any weekend! Or any day, for that matter.
Now that sounds just like the perfect summer weekend. Nothing screams summer like vine ripe tomatoes!
I sure do love the just being part of your weekend! Isn't it fun to get new stuff, like a grill? Yay for the knitting and knitting and knitting.
Sounds like a lovely weekend! I am jealous about the new grill!! I am still using our very first one and it is TINY. I want a bigger one (we use charcoal). I'm hoping for some nice end of summer sales soon ;-)
A nice weekend list! We're starting to get a few veggies from the garden too.
Hi! I just stumbled on your blog while surfing and, of course, procrastinating, and I love it. I scrolled down a little; laughed at your problems with cleaning (me, too!); and loved the sock in a cup.

Nice grill! What a nice complement to the rest of the weekend's goodness. :) xo ~Lisa
