Sweater knitting is still happening. While I was looking through my project bags to find a smaller one to carry the sleeve I was working on I found my
Ingot.
I put it on the shelf and went back to knitting my sleeve but Ingot was on my mind
So I picked it up last night. (Are you noticing the ice - we are still in the frosty zone)
I'll have it bound off today.
Sometimes you just have to give in to the urge.

"Sometimes you just have to give in to the urge."...Can I borrow this quote today? I want to cast on a new project, but was holding off since I have several already on needles. I keep browsing patterns and then running to look to see what is in my stash. Oh dear, decisions, decisions, decisions :)
This yarn is very pretty. Looks so springy!
I love the colors in the yarn you're using. Ingot is such a lovely pattern. Can't wait to see yours.
how often that happens....one thing leads to something leads to something....i've done that for a whole day and got NOTHING accomplished!!! so glad you are having an FO soon!!!
It's nice to hop around on different projects for a mental change and I've found different projects avoid any hand strain most of the time. Lovely blue! We still have snow!
I am in love with the colourway you are using and such great stitch definition.
gorgeous!
What a wonderful knit! I hope to be as good one day... It's a process.
ohhh....I bet your glad you picked it up and finished it! Such lovely colors!!
Can I basically say "ditto" to Tracey's comment? I am so close to finishing things right now, but I am so distracted. Perhaps I'll compromise and just cast on for a vanilla sock.
The yarn for your Ingot alone is so pretty.
Oh that colour, it is beautiful!
You are right sometimes you do have to give a little 'urge' to a project!
Oh it's gorgeous! I love that yarn, the colours are beautiful and they are showing off the pattern perfectly
Oh my, that colorway is gorgeous! Donna, love the photos.
Yes, sometimes the urge to knit, to cast on, to pick up or start a new project is overwhelming! That's when one simply has to go for it. :)
Beautiful yarn! And the stitch!
