Weekending

Most of Saturday was spent trying to get warm
And getting my hair tamed at my friends new salon
There was dinner with friends
More watching of Downton Abbey (did I mention that hubby and I are addicted?  We are on season 2 right now and can hopefully watch the current episode by later this week)
There was some spinning
A bit of knitting and a lot of frogging
And some reading

That is only 1/3 of the books I got for Christmas.  I haven't even had a chance to look at them yet.  I started reading Adventures in Yarn Farming.  It's a year long journal of a womans sheep farming experience.  It has some recipes, patterns, and project ideas.  A great coffee table book.

How was your weekend?

Oh, I love your stack of books and will be adding Adventures in Yarn Farming to my list.
I need to get my hair tamed. I have been thinking about cutting it all off and going with a bob...maybe.
I hope you are warm and safe. Enjoy the snow for me!
