Raglanify
I stumbled upon the coolest app this weekend.
In short, you knit a swatch with the yarn you want to use to knit your sweater. Measure the swatch. You then enter information into the app.
It asks some more info and it will give you the pattern. You can then email the pattern to yourself and start knitting. I think this is great especially for hand spun yarn.
