So what else do you do on a weekend that calls for lots of snow?
You knit! OK - and you eat too. And watch TV (we won't discuss football).
I finished the matching cowl and whipped up a hat to go with Hiro.
I cast on a poncho sort of thing with my hand spun and seeing where it takes me.
As for the snow?
We got maybe 6 inches. Nothing at all compared the feet of snow others got.
And I'm OK with that. And I'm ready for a new week.
How was your weekend?

Hmmm. Our weekend recaps are VERY similar.
Wow! What a beautifully productive weekend you had, and you'll be plenty warm with that great hat and cowl!
I really do love a weekend of knitting and eating. I will be so thrilled when I am done with this cleanse!
I would love 6 inches of snow, or even one inch for that matter, but winter isn't over yet so there is still hope!
You certainly got a lot done, I managed a little sewing.
I am working on a baby blanket and my sweater, but boy I sure do want to cast on a capelet!! Trying to resist, as it would just be one more cabled item added to the other 3 I have on the needles. I need a color work project!!!
this past weekend was the very best weekend for knitting and reading :) love the hat!
Lovely knits, my friend. Sorry about your Pats. :(
