Birthday Socks

I started these beach-like socks over the summer and can not believe how long they took to finish.  I used Madeline Tosh Sock with size 0 needles.  I swore the entire time that they would be too small for my mom but when I put them on the sock blockers they were perfect.  Now even with size 0 needles I can normally whip out a pair of socks in short order.  I swear my knitting mojo left the building this past summer.

I woke up to 52 degrees this morning.  I think it will return with necessity of keeping warm soon.

I think your knitting mojo and my knitting mojo are on a beach somewhere together.
