Yarn Along

Not much new on the knitting scene.  I am working on samples for the class I am teaching.  Last night was the first night and my students are awesome.  One more week of Beginning Knitting then onto the Advanced session.  I created some simple patterns for them to follow.  The scarf above is one of them.

Reading - not so much.....

I did join Goodreads so there's a step in the right direction!

Joining Ginny.

Goodreads is great, and I'm betting you're going to find many more books there to add to your tbr list. Love your candy corn scarf!

Cute yarn! I just returned to goodreads after a several year hiatus - Sarah Dempsen - teaching knitting classes sounds really fun, I have always loved teaching people one on one!

How fun that you're teaching knitting! I was asked by a local craft shop if I'd be willing, but I just don't have the time. Good for you, Donna! I'm on goodreads, too (DoleValleyGirl).

Love the knitting in the sunshine! Is it just me or does it look like candy corn? Love the colors regardless :)

Your students are lucky to have such a talented knitter as their teacher!

That yarn is so fun, your photograph is so pretty. How cool that you are a teacher, I have been knitting for a year and my teacher, who I still see, has been a great inspiration!!
