Yarn Along

My goal was to finish my blue Wizzpopper shawl in time to cast on for a new sweater during the Super Bowl. And I did it. I'm taking another shot at Hiro. I still have my first one on the needles but it wasn't working out well with my hand spun. So when I went to WEBS I found some great yarn in sale and decided I really wanted that sweater.

Speaking of yarn I ended up dying much more than I needed a couple of weeks ago. I was like a woman possessed.

I put some of them in my old Etsy shop so please click on over and visit

I'm still reading the Amish Knitting Circle. I'm slow - I know. But hey - I'm reading!

Oh my...you make some beautiful colored yarn. I'm usually a sucker for pink, but I really like the one called chocolate irish cherry.

slow reading is better than no reading. Love your wizzpopper and can't wait to see it blocked.

I can see yarn dyeing as being very addicting. I bought some dyes a few years ago and have yet to try them out. Too many other hobbies!
