Yarn Along

It's been mostly spinning.  Which will eventually lead to lots of knitting.  I'm spinning the fourth of six bumps of fiber so it's going along well.  I look forward to getting on my wheel at the end of the day.  It's so relaxing.

I'm still reading Beach Street Knitting Society and liking it so far.  I'm anxious to finish because I have a couple of other books on my list.

What's going on in your fiber world?

I've loved all the yarns you have spun Donna, but this is my absolute favorite. It looks like a summer sunset!

The looks so beautiful. I bet you can't wait to get knitting. The book sounds fun too and I just checked the first page and like me the first character is moving! Very appropriate. I must read it too.

Beautiful yarn, Donna! You do such nice work. You know, I've had that book on my shelf for a few years now and haven't been able to get into it. Maybe I'll give it another try. Have fun spinning! : )

I dream of finishing some socks in my knitting world. I dream of reading. I will soon, so I'm not sad or too whiny about it.

Your spinning is turning out very lovely! You will definitely have some great knits coming out of it!

Gorgeous yarn - do you know what you're going to make with it? I might be spinning in public for the first time this Saturday at a historical festival. Should be fun!

Wow, beautiful colors, Donna! I don't think I'll ever learn to spin myself; I'll just keep buying yarn... Can't wait to see what you create with that lovely yarn! xo Lisa
