Simplicity, Work and Enjoyment

I saw this video and was amazed by this woman.  I don't think I'm as flexible as she is and I'm half her age.  I love her philosophy.  Simply beautiful at 95 years old.

Such a nice video. Wouldn't it be wonderful to be so care free in old age? That is what I hope for!
