More Socks - No Computer
I'm glad I got into writing blog posts from my Iphone. The photo quality leaves a bit to be desired but it's not terrible I guess. My laptop is under the weather. Nothing working at all. I'm majorly bummed because I needed to work on a project and really need it. Hubby is working on it and I'm hoping it will be feeling better soon.
In the meantime I finished one of the BFF Moms socks
The color fades make me happy and the yarn is so soft. A big recommendation for Kroy Socks FX. Sorry for the lack of photo originality. The sun is about as reliable as my computer lately so indoor photo shoots it is.

Socks and Bags
It's still a sock-a-thon in my world. I finished the watermelon socks.
They scream summer time to me and I can't wait to wear them. I started another pair in the Kroy sock yarn for my best friends mom.
It's the blue/grey colorway and I like the way the colors fade. It's nice to knit with and it's soft yet thick and should be warm for the winter.
There's only one other thing that I need less than sock yarn and that's bags. I am addicted to them. For some people it's shoes. Others love clothes. I'm all about bags. Handbags, knitting bags, baskets, you name it. If it can carry something I like it. So I spent my birthday money on this.
A Namaste Hermosa Bag in eggplant. I've always wanted one of their bags in that color. On a recent trip to Webs I spotted it and it was mine!! I have yet to use it as a knitting bag. It's my everyday work bag because it fits everything in it. It's huge!!

Proud Momma
Lots of knitting going on around here. Another pair of socks finished. The weather wasn't cooperating when I finished so photos will follow. And I'm not the only one knitting. Nicole is knitting a blanket for a new family addition. She is a great knitter. And nothing made me prouder than watching her walk out the door this weekend prepared to knit in public.
