Yarn Along and Catching Up

The days are flying by as they do between Christmas and New Years.  I love when the holidays fall on Fridays.  This has meant some 3 and 5 day weekends.  It's also meant some nice knitting time.  I picked up my Hiro Sweater and have been watching it slowly grow.

We made the annual trip to Yankee Candle and to Webs.  I may have picked up some yarn for another Hiro (you need to have them in multiple colors you know). And perhaps a few pairs of needles.

I'm still listening to Outlander.  I can't wait to start the second book.

Joining Ginny.

Love that pretty violet and the pattern looks like it would be fun to knit.

That pattern sounds like a good one, I'm off to favorite it. I love that deep purple, it is really beautiful. I think I might go back and restart the Outlander series this coming year, I keep hearing such good things about it and I think I only read the first or maybe the first two. I hope you have a happy celebration of the New Year, Donna!

LOVE the purple! I'm thinking Outlander is a series I'll be picking up from the library (if they have it...). Have you watched any of the miniseries? Happy new year, my friend!

Ooh I love the look of the Hiro pattern and I look forward to watching yours grow :)
I have picked up the Outlander series too many times to mention, but it just doesn't scream loud enough at me and so I have yet to read them or watch the series for that matter. Maybe that will change in the new year?
