Yarn Along

Knit Picks had a wonderful sale on yarn last week. So good that I bought some. Enough yarn to knit another Hiro for me.

The main color this time will be purple.

I chose brighter colors this time for the others. I'm also knitting it a size smaller. My current one is a bit on the baggy size.

I'm reading "Knit The Season" by Kate Jacobs. Perfect for this time of year!  And with all this stockinette I can easily read and knit at the same time.

What's on your needles?  Share with us over at Ginny's

That looks really fun! I started a sweater too but it's just sitting right now.

That's a great color combo for that sweater!

Very pretty! I was chatting with a yarn sales rep the other day and she said those four colors are by far the most commonly purchased colors. So perfect!

What beautiful colors you chose, Donna! I am always amazed how people can read and knit at the same time - a true mystery to me :)

Great colors together! I am not very confident in choosing colors to go together so I always watch what others are doing

I really like Kate Jacobs series, I've reread The Friday Night Knitting Club quite a few times now.

I'm with Sarah...not so confident and combining colors which is why I tend to shy away from projects that require me to do so! Funny, but I've never even thought about it from that perspective. Which particular yarn is it that you're using? The colors are lovely. :)
Happy Thanksgiving, Donna!
