Yarn Along

It's hard to believe it's November and I'm able to sit on my deck in the morning to knit. I just started the second book in the Seaside Knitters Mysteries. I liked the characters in the first one so I dove right into number two.

I joined a new KAL which I will discuss further in another post but rest assured I am not crocheting. The cast on is provisional hence the hook. I didn't think it would be using that second skein of Miss Babs so quickly.

Joining Ginny.

PS - stop by tomorrow if you want to hear the details of a Knitters Swap I am putting together :-)

It really has been a rather mild fall/autumn, hasn't it? A knitters swap? I'll be back tomorrow. :)

I hope it gets to normal winter temps soon; here in NJ it's vacillating hugely between cold and warm; it's not the best health wise... but what can we do? lovely yarn colour! looking forward to seeing what you are making!

The weather here is also wonderfully mild today, almost too hot for the winter jacket which I had on this morning!
I love the autumn sunshine and the colours of the mountainside - so pretty!
Your yarn is a beautiful blue, I look forward to seeing what you are busy with :)

It's 79 here today and overcast, but at least it's not raining so I am thankful.

It is in the 70's here today! And yesterday it was even warmer. Seems odd for November - I like it cooler in the fall!

Cute owl bag - my one friend would love it...

First of all - what a pretty crochet hook! And now I have added the book series on Goodreads. Sounds fun - thanks for the recommendation!

Knitters swap? I'm intrigued. Is that the Miss Babs you had to fight your way to?
