You know I love my knitting podcasts so it's no surprise that I decided to participate in the
The Knitgirllls Spin-a-long/Knit-a-long. I purchased some lovely fiber from
Three Waters Farm in the color way they chose for the SAL/KAL, "Honkytonk".
I can't remember if I have bought from them before but I can tell you I will be buying again. It was such a nice spin.
After plying I ended up with a little over 200 yards.
What am I going to knit? I'll be working on that over the weekend. In the meantime this little pile 'o yarn is going for a soak.
And with any luck it will dry by Saturday with this humidity. I am NOT complaining. I promised I wouldn't after the winter we had.

I want to raid your yarn stash Donna, that is stunning.
I'll complain about the humidity for you....it's terrible
and I despise it...and so does my hair!
Less humid today. I predict your pretty yarn will dry in no time!
Love the colors of your yarn. Looks super soft too. It's not "complaining" it's simply "commenting". Have fun picking out a pattern!
We had one week of hot weather right after Memorial Day, then down to 50 again, and now today it will be 80! Our summers are so short in Maine that I never complain about the humidity...although sometimes it does get to be a little intense! Love your newly spun yarn, I always love to see what you come up with!
beautiful spinning and I love the colors :) Can't wait to see what you are going to knit up with it!
Your yarn is beautiful!! I love it! I love the name of the fiber as well. So cute!
Love those colours, what are you going to make?
Love your spinning and the great colors in your yarn. It looks so soft. Looking forward to seeing the pattern you choose.
how lovely! that colouring of your new yarn is delightful!
I'm glad that you're happy with your purchase:) The spinning looks beautiful.
