I don't know if it would work...awesome list!!! I don't know if it would work for you....but years ago I was terribly "addicted" to diet coke. tried several times to kick the habit---and failed. we did a giant mountain overnight hike--more strenuous than i was really up for....and while a friend toted some diet coke for me---I was simply too tired. Next day, same hike down the mountain---and again---too tired for that caffeine kick. I had ONE more day that I sort of really wanted one (headache and all) and after that, I was off it. SO....I totally recommend strenous exercise and hiking and lots of water......and you'll "kill" three goals all at the same time!!!!! GOOD LUCK!!!
